COVID-19 (coronavirus) is causing much disruption in our families, communities, and businesses. Nichols, Cauley is continuing, and plans to continue, our operations in these unknown and uncertain times as a result of this public health crisis. Nichols, Cauley has effectuated our comprehensive business continuity plan to ensure our Firm’s continued operation and uninterrupted service to our clients. Our firm is technologically equipped to work remotely in a secure environment. We encourage file sharing via utilization of our secure portal system. A large number of our clients use the secure portal system already. If you don’t currently have a secure portal, please let us know, and we will establish one for you. Our clients should still have access to our team members even in the event of a total office closure.
We have been monitoring the various issues associated with this public health crisis for some time, including having established a task force to help our team members and clients navigate this untraveled path. We will use our website, email communications, and various social media platforms to keep you notified of the daily changing landscape. Please check these resources often for updated information.
Our hope and prayer is the duration of this public health crisis will be short lived so the impact on our families, clients, and communities will be minimized. Regardless of how long it lasts, it is our commitment to provide quality service to our clients and to do our part in keeping our team members, clients, and communities safe. Our team members will continue to be accessible via e-mail, our normal phone contacts, and zoom video conferencing, even if our offices are forced to close.
We value our relationship with you and the trust you have in our firm. Thank you for allowing us to serve you! Our hopes and prayers are for safety and good health to everyone.
